We closed on our new house today. It is a five bedroom/bathroom house with a guest room and office on the main floor. The upstairs has a loft and four bedrooms. It's a large Mediterranean style home built in 2010. Our favorite part of the house is the beautiful backyard and pool. 

We are planning on remodeling the interior before we move in. Thankfully, we have our rental house until the end of January, so we won't have to live in the mess. We plan on getting new luxury vinyl tile throughout the main floor to replace the cracked tiles. We plan on having the entire house repainted a neutral color. We plan on replacing the red office wall with some beautiful shiplap. We plan on ripping out the tiki bar in the dining room. We plan on adding some character to the living room by adding a stone wall and floating shelves. We plan on adding some crown moulding and trim on the main floor and in the master. Finally, we plan on painting the kitchen cabinets white, expanding the island, getting new countertops and a new backsplash. We are so excited to see the finished product!!!
