They were so brave going down the slide, jumping off the side, and swimming in the deep end.

Night swim

We had a great time with the Langfald's while they were here this weekend. The weather was hot and humid, so we had lots of fun in the pool.  We even let the kids stay up late one night to do a night swim. We have a fun light in the pool that change colors every few seconds. The kids thought that was pretty cool. We also had fun trying to catch lightning bugs. We had some good laughs. 

We also spent a day at the Toledo Zoo where the kids enjoyed getting their faces painted like Spiderman, playing in the creek, and of course seeing the animals. Bruxen was a trooper. When they arrived he was not feeling too well. Thankfully, by the end of their time in Michigan he was back to his happy self. He is such a fun little guy! I got the joy of watching him while the rest of the clan went to a movie. It was a fun time had by all!
