My mom, Kaylee, Kianna and I went to Cornell College to hear a Holocaust survivor speak. His name is Michael Bornstein and he survived the Auschwitz Concentration Camp. He was carried out of the camp at age 4 in his grandmother's arms. He wrote a book called the "Survivor's Club" about his experiences. I had never met a Holocaust survivor and it was so powerful hearing him share his story. I'm so happy the girls and my mom were able to share this experience with me.
